This is a flavorful, hearty meal for the family. Easy to make.
1 pkg egg noddles
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar/can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. to 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Cook noodles according to package. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook beef, onion, celery and garlic over medium heat until meat is brown and veggies are tender. Drain. Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper - mix well. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Drain noodles and add into skillet - cook for a few more minutes. Sprinke with cheese and serve!
